If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we hold that correspondence.

3) Why we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to arrange and hold a conversation about your enquiry, and to keep a record of what was discussed.

Your information may be processed by service providers that support our website and communications, including our website host, email provider and Calendly. They process personal information in accordance with their contractual obligations to us and applicable data protection law.
We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are required to do so by law.
5) Where it is held
We work across the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia, and some of our providers are based elsewhere, including the United States and Europe. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to protect it and, where required, use safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law.
6) How long we keep it
We keep what you send us only for as long as we may still need it in connection with your enquiry. We review this at least once a year and delete what is no longer needed.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
